Anytime a covered item fails, contact the Claims Team online at myprotectionplan360.com/tag-protect to request service to start a claim. It is important that Claims Team is contacted first, as the plan does not reimburse for services performed without prior approval.
Once the Claims Team receives the request and coverage is confirmed, a local service technician will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient day and time to visit the home and diagnose the failure.
If the Claims Team determines your covered home system component or appliance cannot be repaired by a service contractor, it will be replaced in accordance with the terms of your contract.
No. The age of the home’s system components and appliances is not a factor.
There is no limit to the number of claims that can be filed during the term of the Plan, but there are individual claim limits, and a maximum limit for all claims during any consecutive 12-month period.
